24 HR Race:

The 24 Hour race will start at 5:00pm on Friday, November 27th, 2020

Check-in starts at 2:00 pm with instructions and (pre-plotted) map followed a pre-race meeting at 3:30pm. 

All teammates must be present to check-in and receive instructions. The later you are the shorter the time to prepare.

A staging area will be set-up at check-in for bikes, bins, and paddling gear. We will be transporting your paddle gear, bikes, and (one per any size team) 27-gallon bin. Team labels for bins and bags will be supplied by us.

We supply canoes, paddles and PFDs. Teams will be allowed to bring their own paddle gear, however not canoes. 

Water and snacks will be provided at every TA, however not guaranteed so bring water purification tablets.

Race Includes: T-shirt, Race Medals, Food and Drink during race, Awards for each division and

dinner at the end of race. Spectator maps for guests will be available at race headquarters all day.

8 HR Race:

The 8 Hour Championship Race starts on Saturday November 28th and is perfect for sport or family teams looking to have some fun discovering the outdoors with adventure racing. Easy to read and simple navigation will take you to some hidden spots around Suwannee River. Distances are always based on your teams abilities and speed in adventure racing, however between 20-30 miles of mountain biking, 5-8 miles of trekking with 4-8 miles of canoeing.

Check-in starts at 7:00 am to 8:00 am with instructions and (pre-plotted) map followed a pre-race meeting at 8:30 am. Race start at 9:00 am. 

All teammates must be present to check-in and receive instructions. The later you are the shorter the time to prepare, so make sure you are at the race at 7:ooam. Your first discipline to start the race will be revealed during check-in.

A staging area will be set-up at check-in for bikes and paddling gear. For the 8HR race, we will be transporting these items if required. 

 

We supply all canoes, paddles, and PFDs, however, teams may bring their own paddle gear if placed in paddle bags.

Waivers:

In order to speed up the check in process on race day, please download and fill in the ARGeorgia Liability Waiver for each team member, and bring to the race with you to check-in.

Cancellation:

Rain or Shine. Adventure races are unlikely to ever cancel do to weather, however sometime extreme weather could cause delays or cancel races. Refunds or Race credits will be issued based on each teams conditions. If your team needs to withdraw from the race before race day, you will receive a race credit to an other upcoming ARGEORGIA race after Early Registration ends and full refund before Early Registration ends.
